Brent Hooks is Regional Vice President, Southeast at Cornerstone Engineering, where he leads civil-infrastructure delivery across the Mid-South. A Memphis native, he works at the intersection of capital, infrastructure, and community, and serves on civic and industry boards across Tennessee. In 2025 he became the first Memphian and Tennessean named to both ENR's and BD+C's national young-professional 40 Under 40 lists in the same year. He holds an EMBA from Vanderbilt's Owen School and a BS from the University of Memphis.
Brent Hooks is Regional Vice President, Southeast at Cornerstone Engineering, where he leads civil-infrastructure project delivery, business development, and team operations across the Mid-South. His work spans large public-private partnerships, transportation, water, and site development for institutional clients. A Memphis native, Brent operates at the intersection of capital, infrastructure, and community, and is regularly cited by the Commercial Appeal, Memphis Business Journal, Tri-State Defender, ENR, and Building Design + Construction.
